After a new social media marketing campaign, Tibles had an influx of new users but not a lot of new user engagement. After conducting user interviews, it was clear that these fans of the brand did not know much about digital collecting or how to navigate & use a digital collecting app.
Introducing new collectors to the Seussibles! digital collecting experience
My goal was to create a series of welcome emails starting with day-1 & ending with day-7 to quickly educate new users & get them excited to start collecting, trading, interacting with the Tibles' community, personalizing their space & make a purchase.
